I am not sure if I already send this scan to Charles website, but I just looked through the Puerto Rico - under el Casino - Sheraton and Mayaguez Resort entries but I could not find the el Casino ashtary as shown here.

Can you help me or direct me to the specific entry if there is?

My findings tells me that this el Casino is in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and that it is a "Bar/Club" further I found out that it is in Mayaguez Resort & Casino, Rte 104, Mayaguez Puerto Rico - confusing as it is.
