Re: "is that was this is worth?"

What something is "worth" will be different for different people (and different budgets grin ).

Tikaremy has an absolutely awesome collection of Vegas casino memorabilia. Sometimes he lists pieces on ebay, with a fair/lower starting bid, occasionally he lists a truly rare piece with a buy-it-now that could be considered (for my budget, anyway) more than the piece is "worth". Several weeks ago he listed a Sal Sagev key fob with a buy-it-now of $6999.99!!! I wondered if it was a typo...!!!?? There was a key on the fob, he said he didn't know if it was the original key or not. A couple of weeks ago, another Sal Sagev fob (looked the same from the pictures-from a different seller) sold for $338. No key.

That said...$100 for 2 plates, if they were full-size dinner plates, would have been a 'bargain'. grin

There's someone on this board that posts a picture, on occasion, of a yellow Sal Sagev chip...I drool whenever I see it...I'd LOVE to have one in our collection!!!!

Our Sal Sagev plate is a bit different than the one on ebay. Not included in the picture are our Sal Sagev ashtray, swizzle stick, place mat, matchbooks, postcards and menu grin .

You might notice that our small Sal Sagev plate was broken in half and glued...it was found in the dump!! (so that one was cheap!! vbg )
