Am curently working on a reference work similar to my sons memorial California project.
Will run about 2,000 pages, maybe more.
Interesting that the prices listed in Kappen's book (1976) have the higest price for any of the items listed at $22.50. Some of the wooden nickles also are going for a fairly good price.
