I left out an important document in the last issue of the club magazine. A separate insert for pre-registration for the upcoming convention was supposed to be included. I forgot to include it and now club members who do not have access to the internet cannot download the form and mail it in. Unfortunately we have to do a separate mailing to get this document out to the club members.

If you do not plan on attending this years convention, could you please e-mail me your name and member number. This way I will take your name off the mailing list and make this mailing as small as possible.
