Today we a picking up the newest member of the Canzoneri family. After 3 years of being dog-less, my daughter finally wore us down, and we are on our way to the breeder to pick up the pup. She named him "Elmo".....I lobbied hard for "Chipper", but was overruled 3-1!

Anyway, I had this dupe $5 Carousel chip sitting on my desk, and I am too lazy to go downstairs and file it

I will send it, free of charge to whoever guesses what the breed of our new puppy is. Here are the clues: It is a purebreed. If you google popular breeds, it is not an obscure one, but is is definitely not in the top 10. The breed is renowned for its intelligence and hardy ness.
