Not so much a comment on the area (which is beautiful), but the most important thing to consider when buying any real estate in Florida is the EXPOSURE... the relation to the sun in the area you would most utilize; such as the veranda/patio exposure which could be quite unbearable in a west exposure and a bit too drab in an east exposure with only the morning sun. The most desirable is a southern exposure where the sun is not beeming in and baking off the area at breakfast or at sunset.
