I believe that the blue chip was one of many generic designs that was available out of a catalog. The chip was made by USPC and has little collector value.

The chip below (front and back shown) was originally a generic chip. I assume there was a special order in which USPC pressed in the photo. Note the outside ring on the photo side. I have 2 other similar chips (Jim Belligan has 1 such chip). Rings were pressed in all "customized" chips. I assume the ring signified that the chips were altered by USPC and shpuld not be confused with original chips.
