Good Question!!!
In Response To: OK, you got me curious .... ()

Every collector has their favorite chips. Whether it is a Nevada collector, a C & S collector, a California collector or any other area of collecting. As far as obsolete California goes, Gardena is on the top of just about everyone's list who collects California chips. Top chips can be rareity, design, color or any factors. For me the Normandie $1 Glenn showed is on the top of my list. The $1 Embassy small crown and the $1 Normandie small crown knife, fork and spoon are others on the top of my CA list. Outside of Gardena, it become very subjective. I happen to like The Pass Club chips from Santa Susana and the "Siesta" chip (Boggust & Peterson) from Brawley.
