The four CC's are identified in Ed Hertel book as the Pettibone Club in Cleveland, Ohio but there is much discussion on these chips. There was also a Continental Club run by the same family in Cleveland at the time. Plus these chips could have traveled all over so therefore I am saying UFC at this time as far as I am concerned.
