Thanks for posting the story, 50 years ago -----seems like only yesterday to me. I had just finished high school and was looking for full time work. When I learned of the plane crash. It was like a member of my family had passed away. I loved their music then and I play their music today. Our grand kids like the OLD TIME music too. I know the good old days will never come back ....but from time to time I have fun with some very good sounds from not so long ago.
