In Response To: for sale Victory Hall, McGill, NV ()

Why is your V/H chip considered "Crest & Seal" and this V/V chip only considered inlaid. Robert Eisenstadt's defination: "Crest and Seal chips are clay chips with PLAIN (flat) MOLDS and litho inlays." Why the discrepency here?
