Jim, The first place to start research is on my website. Everything I know is there.

Look at the scan below. Go to the Unknown section (subsection T - Z)of my website (Under Other USA Club/Casinos). Click on the "USPC scans link. The scan shows that the chip was delivered to the Rayl Company (obviously a local chip distributor) in Detroit, MI. The burgee on the red chip was for the yacht owned by William A. Fisher (Body by Fisher). The center chip, also sent to Detroit, was the emblem for the Fisher Co.

The wKs chip is mostly likely a chip of a Detroit executive. Question is who's intials are W. S. K. and how is the flying tire directly related to him or his company. Lastly the date should match up (1928). I know the Flying tire is associated with Indianapolis speedway. But I don't think that is it.
