I received The Roots of Reno a few months ago, two days before going to Harrah's at lake Tahoe. I took the book to Lake Takoe to read in the room between poker games. Well the Harrah's rooms are right above where the Sahati's State Line Country Club used to be. I have a picture where the Country Club's old roof line is still visible in Harrah's roof line. I will look for it, they just built around the old roof. I really do like old Tahoe history and it was BIG fun reading about Tahoe while sitting just above the site. Thanks for the book, GREAT JOB.
