At the beginning of the NBA season, the Phoenix Suns partnered with the Arizona Govenor's Council on Highway Safety and introduced a program called FLIP THE CHIP. The idea was to flip the chip to see who the designated driver would be for the evening. Around 200,000 of these were distributed to bars in the Tucson & Phoenix area. I have more info on the chips if anybody has any interest.
