"Tom was having trouble with his answering machine but it is susposed to be fixed"

They are good people, but they are always having problems. Several years ago I tried faxing an order over. It never went through and I got it someplace else.

Every issue of the magazine comes with a loose page and it lists there troubles. It is like a soap opera.
