You never know when you might have a 11+ inch snowfall...and they have a backhoe.
It took us hours to plow/dig out the driveway, when our neighbor suddenly (and unasked) showed up with his backhoe and found/dug out our mailbox and highway entrance within minutes. What an great neighbor!
Saved my aching back.
Moral: You may think your neighbor is a putz, but you might just be surprised at what he has hidden in his garage!
