The key word in Charles' subject was "FROM"
In Response To: No offense taken here ()

... and the key term in the USPS notice was "WE CARE"

Charles was expressing what the USPS did at this time of year. If the "we care" term by the USPS had any real meaning they should have "cared" enough to pay attention to their processing and not feed a bubble wrapped packet thru a machine.

Charles could not have been more clear in what he said [what the USPS said to him].

It's not as though Charles is including the "F word" in the subject as though it's comming from him, but rather relaying what the USPS did by expressing their attitude... Again, Charles could not have been any more clear...

...and the USPS could not have been any more clear in what they said...
