What is the proof that this is a $5 chip is from Vegas? Where is the city or state name. Where is the dollar sign. Is it a roulette?

I believe this is a case of "I want it to be Vegas, so it is Vegas." Of course if it is Vegas it's worth a fortune. If it is not Vegas, maybe a couple of hundred. Could money have been involved in the attribution?

I believe if a nobody in the club (like myself) found the chip today, there is no way that it would be attributed to Vegas without firm proof.

I would like to hear from the authors who have declared that the chip is from Vegas ----- TCR or Official guide authors??
