Ive made some decent scores here and there but my favorites are the chips that have just been given to me by other members. I got my first PC given to me by Capt. Bill when i didnt have one of my own at the time. Rick Miner and Rich Hanover gave me some nice chips early on in my membership in the club.
A quick story, Rich sent me some C&S chips that he knew i wanted. They got lost in the mail and showed up a few months after he sent em. When i got em, one of the two chips was broken. I didn't care because i was surprised just to get these chips sent to me as a gift. I posted a picture of the two chips on the board, the broken and unbroken one. A few days later i had a replacement he had sent in my mailbox, again, as a surprise gift.
Theres been several other kind acts of giving by other members and i consider those my best "scores". I try to repay the favor when i can but nothing beats a surprise chip in the mailbox
