I have 4 Caesar's Palace PROMOTIONAL chips in a $100 denom. They are only good for me to use at the tables there - they must be played by me (#'s are registered). However, I was told by a collector that these may be of interest to chip collectors, and if so, I would consider selling them.

They are tan with what appears to be a paper circular center stating "CAESARS PALACE" in an antique typeface, and an image of a charioteer pulled by 4 horses. Underneath that, it says "100". Beneath that in mice type it states "NO CASH VALUE".
On one side of the tan outer edge there are 4 small numbers in gold which are the registration number for that chip. (They keep close track of the promo chips).

Would there be any interest in these?
Is this a rare item? Common item?
