Out of 32 single chip letters sent out, 7 came back with additional $.20 postage due. With a lot success using a long 9 1/2" envelope and one chip attached in a flip, thought I had a good system. Guess it just depends on who is working USPS that day. If anyone received my personal chips with postage due, please let me know. Hopefully that didn't happen, but I received a three chip package once and they wouldn't let me have it untill I paid the priority mail cost because it wasn't 3/4" thick. If I owe anyone twenty cents, I can use the government system and spend $.42 to mail it back!!
