G2E Attendees - Historic piece ID

I took this picture at the G2E show but my human nature was craving for food as I was standing infront of Nathan's New York hotdog stand, I could smell them and I could hear them as they crunched and munched the Nathan dog.

I looked around the replica but could not see any labels or info sheets - I wonder if any of the attendees can satisfy my brain hunger for info - any info you can give will be my "food for thought" tonight - I just had my steak, mushrooms and fried onion dinner but I need brain food, the roulette wheel, the slot machine and the cards must be old too.

Is the roulette European or American model?

David Spragg, Gene Trimble or Jim Follis, please.

Thank you much.
