but I fear two things are going to hinder . 1. So many people have lost their jobs. Unemployment numbers are at very scary high levels right now. Hopefully, with oil and gas prices coming down, that might change.
2. People are buying more online rather than the historic brick and mortar stores. I don;t know about where the retail sales numbers come from, but i fear they will still be down.

Numbers, numbers, numbers......they are only a start. The real defining moment will be when perception changes. I'll feel better when I talk to people and they don;t tell me they not only still have a decent paying job, but that they feel like won't have to work until they are 87 to be able to retire.

Perceptions of economic gloom and implied empending financial doom have potential to become self fulfilling prophecies.

On a happier note....i personally feel things are already turning around.
