Now may be a good time for someone to swoop in and buy the Riv. The total capital value of all of their stock is now $34 million. That includes their property in Las Vegas and I believe the one in Colorado. The stock is now selling around $2.50 per share like it was a few years ago when I mentioned it. During the period when there were rumors of a buyout it went up to almost $30. At the current price someone could buy it for just the land value and hang on for a few years for a great return.
