I mail out new member packets & additional late mailings of the CCTN. The post office near my work charges one rate (usually a bit higher). The one near my home is really messed up -- some PO employees will charge the media mail rate when I ask for it & others won't. Last Saturday, I went to the near-by PO to mail out several CCTNs -- the gal I went to said that the club magazine did not qualify for the Media Mail rate. I argued that they do it all the time & after five minutes of futuile discussion with her, I got back in line & got a different clerk that heard our discussion and sent it out Media Mail as he had done in the past.

I was chuckling as I left the post office listening to those two still arguing about it!!

Go figure...
