I got an email from the IRS which says that I have $640.00 refund waiting for me. I filed my Individual Income Tax Returns for 2007 which I did not have much income to declare so I was "even out". I will call the IRS by phone instead of responding to the email just in case it is a bogus who just want to get my info.

I wonder who else got an email.
