Rick, the only fee that was over $30.00 I could find was if you use Paypal Pro or Virtual Terminal for your own website. That's for large companies the sell 0ver $3000 up to over $100,000. That's my understanding. To have a personal account is free...and a premier lets you accept CC's with a fee. Hope that helps!
