I had the opprotunity to eat at Aliante yesterday. Stations does what they call "playdates" for all new restaurants within their hotels. All Stations team members are invited. My wife and I ate at the Buffet. It is VERY similar to Red Rock in many ways; the food, decor, lighting, etc are almost duplicates of Red Rock. The casino is not as big but it also is very similar to Red Rock. For you poker players, they have a 12 table poker room with flat screen tv's everywhere. I did not see the chips but I hope they are a little more imaginable than Red Rock!! Aliante opens on November 11, 2008, hope to see you there!!!
