Too bad you do not understand what it means to VOTE. You express your opinion and that is exactly what I am attempting to do in response to Doug's question #8. AT least I can, if I want to, vote via an absentee ballot and I can drop it off at City Hall. They don't charge anything for a drop off. I guess you need to acknowledge that we (the club) need to update the by-laws. A specific PIN # could be give to all members and they not only could e-mail the vote on a securred site, but they could also call in to vote if they did not have a computer. Oh well, please press #1 if you still have a problem with my thinking.
