...and without membership kicking in at the local level the club will not grow in those areas.

I've found our club officials always willing to supply the tools I needed the few years I worked the CCGTCC hospitality tables at the Florida United Numistmatists Conventions in Orlando, but the biggest problem was getting warm bodies to help staff those tables... It just didn't happen.

So, the whole bit about us growing is a joint venture between the BOD and officials, along with the membership in regional areas.
