For some reason, my iPod will only play a small number of songs (4-6, not sure how many), then stops. I have to back out of the Playlist and get back in again to start it up. I have no idea what I did to start this, if anything. I have checked the alarm and sleep settings and they are inactive. Does anyone have a telephone number to call anyone at Apple for help (iPod is about 8 months old, but a gift, so I have no proof of purchase date)? I have had no luck on the on-line faq's.
