violation of the 1st Amendment NOT

I wasn't intending to take this case before a court of law.

I understand YOUR point Rich ... and you may be technically correct regarding "violation".

But MY personal position is that if Rich or Michael ASKED me not to make any political posts on a public forum, MY response would be that you are ASKING me to give up my right to free speech. Therein lies a subtle but significant difference.
