I don't want to sound like a sour puss, while the idea is great, the math is way wrong, if you divide 85,000,000,000 by 200,000,000, you only get 425, NOT 425,000. I guess is another way to inflate the outcome, hence the same reason why the banks are folding becuse they padded their books.
