Bill Gates has a foundation. There more people with foundations then I can name.

So who pays the most in Federal Income taxes (FIT), the middle class - people who make more than $45,000 a year who will not benefit from the proposed Obama "return the taxes to 95% of the people". And, 40% of wage earners pay "NO" FIT at all, so who is getting the reduced taxes(?) I sure don't known.
