Clearer, shorter explanation of the great new rule

My explanation of the new eBay rules is OK but a little too wordy.

I'll give an example -- what I just listed on eBay in this one Fixed Price offering ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150296153246 ):
¶ 25 chips -- all the same Hudson chip (pictured below), offered at $3.99 per chip.
¶ it's Buy-It-Now (a/k/a Fixed Price listing) -- buyers can buy one or more chips as they wish.
¶ it's a 30-day listing -- the listing remains for the full 30 days as long as chips are still available. As the chips are bought, the number of chips available for others declines.
¶ the cost of the listing is just $0.35 -- about a penny a day!
¶ I pay eBay a final value fee ONLY IF I SELL CHIPS! At a big 12%, it comes to a fee of $0.48 for each chip sold. If no chips are sold, it cost me $0.35 for 30 days of advertising. Fun.
¶ And with $1.99 postage charged, there is enough spread to recover the meager fees! Not bad at all.
