Even if you do get a hold of paypal they barely speak English and then only know enough to repeat something written on a card in front of them. You can explain the problem as many ways as you want but they still give the same answer. I sent an email about my complaint and got a computerized email in return which ignored my details and just spouted the same garbage that is on the web site.
