for 59c for quite some time, you are getting held up at the counter... if it is l/4 inch in a small or large regular envelope and weighs less than an ounce it is 42c, 2 ozs 59c, 3 ozs 76c...etc, etc. Reggie

My personal experience is I have found that ...
You can also use a 3 cent stamp for local delivery
Why waste a 3 cent stamp ...?
Sat delivery should have been terminated years ago
Also, many people do not realize that the srvice
We've never had Saturday delivery down here sad
