Are you not in the loop??? This is a coded message from Wayne passing detailed information about the 2009 convention to us more privileged members of the club. When you arrange the chips in a pre-determined order, the code spells out, "I don't know yet".

Keep watching though, because as soon as he does know, a different set of chips will surface with the exact date, time and location.
