Six works well for that size,but you might consider differently arranged inserts for the collection of denominations-i.e.50c/$1/$2/$2.5/$5/$25-depending on each casinos' offering.I've cut out spaces in foam board with an exacto knife and "sunk"the chips into that(you might need thinner spacers behind the chips,depending on the foam board's thickness) then double-face tape the whole works onto a nicely urethaned red oak plaque and hung it on the wall.Let me know how that works for you.I can send you a couple pictures of my examples if you'ld like.Maybe trade something and I could make you an LCO-(Hayward,WI.) set up for your wall.
