I'm looking to buy a police scanner for my personal use. We had a Police incident (SWAT team, etc) in our neighborhood this past weekend and it would have been pretty helpful if I had a scanner. I've looked at EBay and there seems to be many different choices, prices, and other features listed. I'm looking for something for home use. It could be portable but is not nesessary. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking!!!
