I have a Las Vegas $5 Green Valley Ranch house chip, but I do not have a scanner nor do I have a digital camera to post an image of it. Here is the info on the chip based on the Campiglia & Wells Guide:

I am not a professional chip dealer and therefore, I do not have the skill to grade chips, however, the chip is clean, stands on edge easily, and appears very new.
