Very Brief explanation; Where The organizer gets a list of Chippers and sends the first name a set of chips, the chipper takes the chips he/she wants and replaces them with chips in as good a condition as the ones taken and then sends them to the next person on the list, etc... until they go back to the organizer. Of course there are rules every chipper in the Round Robin has to abide by.....
