Is your chip like this of the scan?

This old Mother-of-Pearl is from Casino Parque (CP), Montevideo, Uruguay.
The words are " CON LIBERTAD, NI OFENDO NI TEMO " from the Uruguayan General Jose Gervasio Artigas.
My english is very poor and I am not sure if the corrct translation is: WITH FREEDOM, I DO NOT OFFEND NOR I FEAR;
