Hi Ron,
I scanned the chips, then used photoshop to cut & paste 'em. Figured out how to merge the layers, then cropped it to the size I liked. Took forever , but I finally figured out how to save it as a jpg and lower the scan quality a bit so the file was a managable size .

I think your scan is great! I haven't tried swizzles yet...well, I tried the glass swizzles, but it didn't turn out well . I might have to try something like yours!
