That is the National D-Day memorial in Bedford, VA. I took the pics last June 6th. The gentlemen in the one pic are D-Day Vets and were there for the anniversary. I recommend the site to anyone. The pool that the replicated soldiers are in actually have bursts of water to simulate bullets, which you can see in the 1st and 3rd pic. It is eerie and amazing at the same time.
