At the end of the movie, the plane is heading south past the Stratosphere, then hits the guitar at the Hard Rock (heading south). The plane slides past Circus Circus and then goes by the Boardwalk Casino. The plane comes to a stop at the Sands. Finally they show another shot of the Barbary Coast after the plane had stopped.

You have to wonder if they thought that the average “movie watcher” had never been to Vegas before, or if we would pay attention to the backdrop of the scenes.
