Several months ago I made reservations to stay at the Tump Marina. I was quoted 219.00 for a Saturday Night stayover with the following night of Sunday as a Comp.
When I showed up on the 29th of March I was informed that my stay would be 219.00 for Saturday night and an additional charge of 45.00 on Sunday. I have no problem spending what I was told but as a matter of principle the 45.00 extra was not acceptable.
Unfortunately I did not have anything faxed or emailed to me so it was my word against your staff members. After speaking to several people on the phone, I was put in contact with a supervisor named Peter. He told me there was nothing he could do for me as that is what it said on the screen. He told me to see him at the end of my trip and he would tell me if I had earned what I had already been promised. I then told him we already had a deal and that the casino would not be receiving any more of my business. Which the records will show it did not as I took my gambling and food dollars to another casino.
Please feel free to remove my players card from your account as at this moment I do not think I will be playing at your property or any other Trump casino again.
