I just emailed a buyer 5 minutes ago about waiting at least 3 weeks to get a package. He paid me on the 13th and was already worried about not getting his package! Some sellers only go to the post office once a week. I have had many instances of it taking that almost a month for the Post Office to deliver a package.

Of course I can't comment on if this seller is lieing to you or not but I would have patience.
