to send one chip to Canada than it is to send one to Mississippi and Pennsylvania? I just returned from the Post Office and it cost me $.86 to ship one chip to Canada. Earlier today I sent one chip each to Mississippi and Pennsylvania and it cost me $1.13. Do this make any sense to anyone??? Can anyone give a reasonable explaination of why the difference?
