...eBay sellers claim in their auctions that they are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless YOU pay for insurance.

Why don't the buyers send notice that they are not responsible for lost or misdirected PAYMENTS unless the SELLER pays for insurance! It the payment is lost they still have to send the item (unless of course they bought Insurance).
